Individual artists, groups of artists, art collectives, art societies, associations and Ministries of the Government of Ontario are invited to submit art exhibition proposals to the John B. Pay ENTRY FEES with Interac e-Transfer:
Log-on to online banking at a participating financial institution. Go to the Transfer/Payment menu and select Interac e-Transfer. Enter John B. Aird Gallery for recipient name & email address:<firstname.lastname@example.org>. Enter the Interac e-Transfer details including (dollar amount, account from which you are withdrawing the funds, a security question that only the recipient will know the answer to and an optional personal message). Follow the online instructions to confirm the information and complete the transfer.

UPLOAD FILES or FOLDERS BELOW
The Aird Gallery DROP BOX can be used to upload Entry forms, image files and exhibition proposals. When uploading multiple files (such as entry forms and image files) you must place all the files in a single folder and then compress that folder before uploading it to this drop box.
To compress a single file or a folder on a MAC, locate the folder you want to compress, select the folder and choose File > Compress. The compressed file has the name of the original item with the .zip extension. Upload this .zip file.
To compress a single file or a folder on a PC, locate the file or folder that you want to compress then right-click the file or folder, point to SEND TO, and then click Compressed (zipped) folder. Upload this compressed (zipped) folder to our drop box. A new compressed folder is created in the same location. Upload this .zip file.
